Yesterday the fires in and around LA go much worse. A fourth major fire broke out in the hills of Hollywood/ West Hollywood. We had friends ask if they could come here if they had to evacuate, of course we said yes. But no one had to come out. Until about 11:30 last night. The “Sunset Fire” in the Hollywood Hills pushed out a bunch of friends, some came out here and we had a friend come with her cat last night.
Luckily, the Sunset Fire was contained and everyone’s house is okay. That fire didn’t have a lot to burn, and they stopped it. But not until. They evacuated the hills and Hollywood itself - The Chinese Theater was threatened.
If you were ever at our house in the hills you remember the freeway just to our south and west. Everything on the west side of that had to be evacuated.
But all is good now. For now.
