Welcome to a horrible horrible place. I cannot believe this is legal in the United States. In case you just read headlines, let me summarize what this law accomplishes.
1. The law requires a menstrual period history - which might let people know who is or might be pregnant so they can prevent her from getting an abortion, or arrest her is she has had one.
2. The law let's school officials known who hasn't had a period ever - so trans women are outed in high school.

HISTORIES - Not just last time you had your period, but the history of them and timing.
Seriously, what the hell is this? And what parents are thrilled by this? I want the fucking dads to have to go to their high school daughters and sit down and say this. (And imagine YOUR dad squirming).
"Honey, when did you last .. um you know? When was the last time your body, Gez, I don't even know how to ask this. You know when your mom has to buy more tampon thingys? When did you last need one?" "Um huh? And the times before that?"
sigh
"You know honey, just fill out this spreadsheet and swear you never had sex, thought about homosexuality or listened to the 'rap-around thug music'?"
Maybe the student athletes should just save their used tampons/pads and deliver them to FSHAA office. As the saying goes, "The proof is in the pudding."
