The Lowes United Palace Theater is a 1930s movie hall when they were the "it" place to go. Last Sunday there was a tour of the place that Ed and I went to.
You might have actually heard of this. It is in Washington Heights and Lynn Manual Miranda has donated a lot of time, money and marketing time to rebuild it up to it's history. This will be the home of the 2023 Tony Awards. The first I know of so far from Broadway.
