Thank goodness that our Congress is on to the Climate Change scam. We are saved by Joe Manchin, a Senator from West Virginia representing 900,00 people (less than half the population of Brooklyn) who, almost single handedly, is boldly holding up the legislation.
Joe's state is a huge coal state. Now the coal miners (liberals!) are all for the Build Back Better bill that would give them a lot (a lot!) of money to transfer their skills to solar. Because they claim they can see the writing on the wall.
Ha! But Joe, saviour Joe, has heard from (and received tons of money from) Coal Plant owners that say Climate Change is bullshit.
Also, I saw this, not sure what it means or has anything to do with Climate Change. FYI, 50.7 C is 123.24 F. And 50C is 122 F. So how bad is it really? Only 3 cities went halfway to boiling (like that frog!)

I don't know that his constituents are with him on this but either way it's unfortunate that he's not up for reelection until 2014.
