I enjoy not being as constantly angry / despondent now versus as I used to be. I attribute this to two things.
- I am on better meds. I went the the doctor a while back and my new meds are great. Even yesterday, when I was cranky due to wheat, I still felt so much better than the exact same feelings - only much wore - before the new meds.
- I quit reading twitter. That place is toxic and made me toxic.
I am not suggesting you do the same. Ed can be on twitter and not go crazy. But the places pisses me the hell off. So I got the hell off.
