How To Botch a Coup

If President Trump were smart and active, he could easily stage a coup in the United States. I'm not happy writing it, but I think the only reason the country will make it through this is because he is kind of stupid and lazy.

Here are two ways he could screw the country over (even more).

1. During tomorrow's anti-Constitutional dumpster fire of a vote count, encourage the Proud Boys and his other followers to go on a rampage. This is overlap with the Georgia run-off vote count (which will be long). Then declare martial law and 'temporarily" halt the Congressional Count until calm. Use the time until Jan 20th to lay the grounds for a "temporary" freezing of the Executive Branch (ie. him) until we can have a new and "fair" election.

2.Once he loses tomorrow, or better yet, DURING the Congressional vote count, attack Iran. Then follow the options listed above.

But those of those require actual effort beyond just whining, so I think we are safe.
