FYI - The Man Can Fuck Up Ducks. Ducks!

We have entered the "Scott is going crazy" portion of the proceedings (see 2 entries from earlier today).

There is nothing this man cannot fuck up. Now the nation's annual Duck Stamp - a yearly stamp that celebrates the beauty of nature in general and ducks in particular - has been screwed. This year it MUST including hunt paraphernalia (link). I don't MIND if the winner happens to have hunting paraphernalia, but to require it is ... well just an asshole move by an asshole administration.
