Black Lives Matter Protest in New York


Ed and I walked a bit (tiny bit) in Saturday's Black Lives Matter protest.Then it got to the "take a knee" for 8 1/2 minutes. 

First it is a looooooog time. Count out 8 1/2 minutes - you'll be shocked.  Or just the 3 minutes the police kneed his neck AFTER he was motionless.

Second, as for Ed and I. Age and taking a knee don't work together. I don't think I made 3 minutes and Ed had to reset, whereupon he knocked a white woman behind us over.

Otherwise - well we fixed racism now. (note - that was sarcasm. racism is a problem we all (privileged people) have to strive to overcome in ourselves and our community.)
