I once went to a show called " The Pride." when Eddie was out of town, called "The Pride." It was odd, I meet new friends there who had actually worked with Ed. But that isn't the point.
The Pride was an amazing play with people before they became big news. It starred Ben Whishaw, the skinny guy who is in James Bond ("Q"), Hugh Dancy - the British Actor who starred for years in Hannibal, Andrea Riseborough - a British Actress I don't know, and Adam James in multiple rows.

Now, I do love Ben Whishaw who I saw on Broadway in The Crucible and Norma Jean of Troy. He is great fun and I love him. But he wasn't a surprise.
But I don't really remember all that much of Adam James. I was reminded of him watching The Day of The Jackel last night. Here he is in that.
Mr. James, I have meet and he is a great great guy. I reviewed him in a show called "Bull" at 59e59 Theaters, and the next day I was there to review a different show.
At the end of that show, I passed Adam James in the lobby bar, and stopped to talk. Adam James is a charming and self-deprecating man. In addition to being a great actor. Then later, I saw him in King Charles III in a small London Theater (the Almedia) and then at the West End before it went to Broadway.

But seeing him again last night on the show was just one of those funny things that hit you. He is good. And it reminded me of just how many fun things I have done in my life.

James far right |
Bull is a work place drama, where the offices mimic a bullring.
