Eddie and I took a trip to Cheddar, the original home of Cheddar Cheese. If you know Ed, you know he loves his cheese. Near our last place was the city of Cheddar, where Cheddar was born. We had to make a slight pilgrimage to the only cheese-making facility still in the town.
Afterwards we drove through the actual gorge in the hills above it. Quite a different image than most of England.
