Iowa joins Alabama in making IVF a Criminal Act

 For all of you who thought, "Well, Alabama just made a mistake with IVF, they will fix it." Nope. Iowa now joins the ranks of states that give personhood to an embryo used in IVF.


And, you probably did hear Alabama "fixed" their issue. Not really. Alabama passed a law which states the current IVF hospitals cannot be sued for IVF. It is still, as far as Alabama thinks, murder. Given the current status, I would not be surprised to see th4e Alabama Supreme Court overrule it.
