This meditation seems fairly obvious to me. Often we find someone that we admire then try to mimic what we admire about them. 

I did this when I signed up and helped with Project 1948. Ed did this when he became a board member for a non-profit housing group. Lynn set a great example for others by volunteering at a food back after the hurricane.

I admire many things about my friends. I think it is hard to find and keep a great friend if there is nothing you admire about them.
