Today's meditation is a bit too inspirational for me. This one I am looking at as a goal, not a goal easily achieved.
A podium and a prison is each a place, one high and the other low, but in either place your freedom of choice can be maintained if you so wish.

To say peace of mind can be achieved seems to make sense to me. But to keep peace of mind in a prison who be almost impossible for me.
