Florida Deems Barak Obama and Martin Luther King Jr inappropriate for school

Images of these Black Americans (and others - including President Obama) were removed from a Florida school room because they were deemed age inappropriate. It was a special education classroom for kids from grades 1 to 5. Story here. The claimant also removed a picture of Barak Obama saying it was inappropriate.

Welcome to the Florida bitches.

These people were "offensive" and "age inappropriate", They also took the copy of the Pledge of Allegiance poster above them.

From Upper left, clockwise

Colin Powell: first Black Secretary of State. Secretary of State during the Panama Crisis, Operation Desert Storm: His civilian awards included the Presidential Medal of Freedom (twice), the Congressional Gold Medal, the Presidential Citizens Medal, and the Secretary's Distinguished Service Award

Harriet Tubman: Escaped slave, founder of the underground railroad and saved 70 slaves in 13 trips to the south

George Washington Carver: (from Wikipedia) American agricultural scientist and inventor who promoted alternative crops to cotton and methods to prevent soil depletion. He was the most prominent black scientist of the early 20th century.

Martin Luther King: Tireless Minister who worked for civil rights: Nobel Peace Prize Winner: Presidential Medal of Freedom and the Congressional Gold Medal.

Somehow these American Heroes (and President Obama) are not "age appropriate". I am not sure how that is. Unless, you know, they hate black people.

  1. According to FL state statistics, there are about 100,000 more Republican than Democrat registered voters in Florida and about 3.8 million non-party. It wouldn't take a huge number of Republican and/or non-party registered voters to oust Senator Rubio. With DeSantis clearly an authoritarian racist and Val Demings, a black candidate for Senate who is even with Rubio in some polls, Florida could send Demings to the Senate if people who have had enough VOTE.
