Kykuit Japanese Water Garden

I am bored of being freaked out about the country right now. So, as I clean my old photos, I look back.

Right now I am sharing some shots of Kykuit, the Rockefeller Estate in the Hudson Valley. I have shared many before, but it is still closed due to Covid, so I wanted to share my favorite shots of the Japanese Water Garden. It is a small flowing stream which was built with deeper sides that call back to cliffs and the sea and rivers of Japan. It also allow the use of dwarf plants to highlight the area.

These are from Jane and I went in 2016 during the US Open. These images follow the route as it flows through the grounds.

And you thought the noise was over, Scott! ha ha hah

Well, I have tuned out, and yet the constant barrage of Trump news is on 24/7. Even more fun, the "W hy did the Democrats lose ?"...
