Look at the picture below. You may have to select it to enlarge it. Now look on the tall building the back (the 3 far high towers are over 80 floors tall - it's perspective that shows them different). Now look at that weird airfoil-y thing on top.

That, that is the window washer rig. Because the building is asymmetrical at the top, The first 15 floors, over 1000 feet in the air, are wall free. So you drop, IN A WINDOW WASHING RIG, about 200 feet, free style.
