As Dr. Huxtable, renowned racist, should understand, Freedom of Speech is the freedom to say what you want. It is NOT freedom from the consequences of saying whatever you want.
Certainly not when Mrs. Huxtable tweets that "justice is served" when a convicted rapist is let out of jail on a technicality and officially warned that this does NOT mean he is innocent. As for Howard University, firing a board member over celebrating a rapist being freed as his victims are ignored is more than fair. Even if said rapist is a famous person.

(I used to admire Cosby. He was funny, broke down barriers and was a role model. hell, he held himself up as a role model. I feel personally offended that this nice guy is now celebrating getting being able to rape at will through the 80s, 90s, and aughts.
