For those of you that visited Ed and I in hell's Kitchen on 42nd, you may or may not remember the building right outside our window. In the picture below (where the McGraw Hill Building has been fixed), our apartment is the one with the arrow.
But look how beautifully they have (finally) redone the McGraw Hill building. The new owners wanted to replace the roof-top sign, but were turned down by the historical committees. They were allowed to change the street level signage.
