Hiking in Connecticut

Last week-end, Ed and I went hiking up in Connecticut during the day. There are a couple of recreation areas up there, which are very close. It was lovely green and nice.  Here are some pictures.

All of these (except he one of me) are from the Babcock Recreation Area - a private lot that looks to have been donated to the city of Greenwich.

Hard to see, but this was a rock border wall at one time.

Yes, we had our masks, as did everyone we meet, but we all stayed pretty far away from each other. So we only put them on when a family with little kids came by. You never are sure how close kids might get.

It was lovely. And the greens were shocking.
