| So I think I wrote about this. This is land from an old Mental Asylum, that Olivet University a Christian College purchased in 2002. It hasn't done anything with the land and this year was found guilty of a $35 Million dollar money laundering scheme. So it doesn't seem set to open anytime soon. |
