It just stressed me out completely to see that. People deliberately coughing and spitting on on store employees. They do know they don't have to go into stores, right. And that woman quoting HIPPA violations; they would still see what she was buying when she checked out. No privacy implied or guaranteed at the grocery store. Unless she was there to buy a new brain, in which case I'd say let her shop.
