Republicans Urge "Unity" and for us all to "Just Forget What Happened"

Democrats are bad and Republicans worse after the storming of the Capital and the deaths of at least 5 people.

I say the Democrats are bad because it took a fucking insurrection for them to decide to actually do something about Trump. Congress, both Democratic and Republican legislators, didn't do shit as Trump's "very good people" in the Charlottesville White Power protest killed people. They did nothing when Trump's minions murdered people in Texas churches, Pittsburgh Synagogs, Florida schools and Texas malls.

Congress did nothing when these same "patriots" were effecting a plan to publically try and them execute a female Democratic governor in Michigan.

Congress did nothing when Trump urged his followers to "Liberate Minnesota" and other states.

Congress did nothing when Trump overturn the election.

Congressional Republicans led the charge overturn a valid election at Trumps bequest.

Now, at least a few Democrats are trying to right the ship. And Republicans are urging unity, forgiveness and a peaceful transition with no consequences forgiveness.

So. let's review.

1. Congress didn't do shit as President Trump called for violence, and his cult followers killed church goers, children and shoppers.

2. Parts of Congress are finally moved to some action after cult members ONLY after they killed 5 people in storming the United States Capital.

3. Many Republican members of Congress, who voted to ignore the votes of 81 million people, are now saying unity is more important than taking responsibility for the actions of criminals. Even when those criminals KILL people inside a Capital.

And they wonder why we have no respect for them.
